What information we collect

• Information you give us. When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, job title, business sector, and any details you choose to include in your message.
• Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly, aggregated website analytics to understand how our site is used. This does not use tracking cookies and does not identify you personally.

How and why we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide information, quotations and our products — our legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries;
• operate, maintain and improve our website — our legal basis is our legitimate interests.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share information only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, namely Resend (delivery of enquiry emails) and Vercel (website hosting and analytics). We may also disclose information where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved data transfer mechanisms are in place.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics is cookieless.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business and record-keeping purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
